OK, now begins the head scratching time.
The first thing to examine is the RB plugin cache and plugin
versions. A lot of plugins had to be updated in order to work
properly with 2008r2. So verify that you have the latest versions.
MBS has a plugin called "MBS REALbasic ClearCache Plugin" that
detects when the plugin cache needs to be cleared when RB fails to
clear it properly. When it loads, it checks the cache and tells
you if it needs to be cleared and shows you what folder to empty
out.
So do the above and make sure the plugin cache is cleared and then
try it again. If that doesn't fix it, I'll post a compiled demo
and I'll have you run it to see if it crashes. If it does or
doesn't crash, then that will tell us something.
