FTC beta 15 preview 23

Beta 15 preview 23 has been uploaded to the web site.

I am releasing this preview to fix the random crashing bug caused
by RB. There are some other partially done updates in this release
dealing with importing styles from RTF and scrolling to the caret
position when typing. I'll finish them in the next preview.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Fixed a random crashing bug caused by the compiler not properly
copying memory and causing corruption when copying structures.
