FTC beta 15 preview 19

Beta 15 preview 19 has been uploaded to the web site.

Here are some more clean up fixes.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Added a check for the existence of internal threads to support
linux thus preventing a crash.

- Broke the real time reformatting of the content when resizing a
picture in the previous preview. This has been fixed.

- Fixed the situation where you placed the insertion caret after a
picture where the picture is the last item on the line and then
hit a return to create a new paragraph. This caused the picture to
be duplicated. This has been fixed and the picture is not
duplicated.
