FTC beta 15 preview 17

Beta 15 preview 17 has been uploaded to the web site.

The paint wasn't even dry on the last preview and now here is
preview 17!? Well, the winds were at my back and the fixes were
easy to do, so this should fix all the known "crash" bugs. I made
a change to the undo code that may have side effects when undoing
and redoing, so keep an eye open for unexpected behaviors when
undoing.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- In normal view mode scrolling horizontally was non-functional.
This has been fixed.

- Fixed the situation where deleting a character at the border
between two style runs and it didn't delete the character.

- Fixed the situation where placing the caret just before a
picture and hitting a return caused a crash.

- When undoing actions in certain situations it would not retain
the original paragraph attributes for the first paragraph.

- Fixed a crash caused by repeated tab key insertions.
