FTC beta 15 preview 15

Beta 15 preview 15 has been uploaded to the web site.

I am still working on handling coordinate translation between the
different modes and scales when dealing with pictures, but I
wanted to put this preview out fix some reported problems.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- (partially done) Fixed up the picture handling code (mouse
clicks) in respect handling coordinate translations between
different modes and scales.

- Added a default text color property and hooked up the default
font, size, and color properties to the default paragraph style
when you (the developer) don't install your own.

- Overrode the base refresh method in the FormattedText class to
directly perform an update.

- Changed the setRtfText and setXmlText method names to setRTF and
setXML in the FormattedText class.

- Added logic to the setRTF, setXML, and setText methods to first
delete any content, make sure the contents matches the display,
and inhibit updates until the end.
