FTC beta 15 preview 13

Beta 15 preview 13 has been uploaded to the web site.

Here are some more fixes.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Added a filter to remove line endings when adding text to
paragraphs thus making it a little more bullet proof.

- Fixed up scrollbar scrolling so that it matches up with the
content in all modes and scales.

- Changed the setXmlText and setRtfText method names to setXML and
setRTF.

- Added a CaretColor property that allows you to change the caret
color.

- Set the initializer value for the BitDepth property to 32.

- Empty selected lines now get deselected when creating a new
selection.

- Modified the MouseDown event to return a boolean. If you return
true it means you handled the event.

- Added a property to inhibit all selections.
