FTC beta 15 preview 12

Beta 15 preview 12 has been uploaded to the web site.

With this preview I haven't fixed all the problems I found in
regression testing, but I releasing this preview now to address
some of the things reported to me.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- When switching to read only mode with a picture in resize mode,
the picture is reset to prevent it from ending up in a funky
state.

- Toggling scrollbars on and off now properly resizes the display
area.

- When a contextual menu is invoked on a picture the caret was
drawn on the screen to the left of the picture. This has been
fixed.

- Double clicking on a word to select a word now ignores
punctuation at the beginning and end of a word.

- Fixed a problem in the demo where character styles were not
initialized after loading an RTF document.

- Underlines, marks, and strikethroughs are now all draw with the
proper length at all scales.

- When a color background or selection is specified for text, it
now clips to the margin guide.

- Removed the inadvertent calls to ToggleScrollbarsHorizontalScrollbar
and ToggleScrollbarsVerticalScrollbar from within the FTC.

- Added an additional check to inhibit drawing updates to prevent
unnecessary drawing events.
