FTC beta 14 preview 34

Beta 14 preview 34 has been uploaded to the web site.

This concludes the updates for beta 14. The only thing I am
waiting on is confirmation that the multiple-undo bug has been
solved from those who were experiencing it. Since I
haven't received a lot of feedback I have to conclude that the FTC
is pretty stable or that you are still on vacation. So this is
your last chance to have input for beta 14 (don't worry, beta 15
is just around the corner).

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Added new undo cases for setting the page size and margins.

- Fixed scaling of images when the the document scale is greater
or less than 100%.

- Adjusted printed text underlines and marks to be proportional to
the screen output.

- Added check to not print the selection color on selected text.

- Made the strikethrough line a consistent thickness when
printing.
