FTC beta 14 preview 29

Beta 14 preview 29 has been uploaded to the web site.

I am about half way through the regression testing beta 14 with
this preview.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Fixed problems with drag and dropping content.

- Fixed a problem with setting attributes on text where it was
misdirected to the wrong spot.

- Fixed a problem redoing paragraph attributes that would cause a
crash.

- Marks are now properly drawn in all situations (except tabs).

- Right alignment now properly formats the text.
