FTC beta 14 preview 28

Beta 14 preview 28 has been uploaded to the web site.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- When selecting text the very first character was not selectable.
This has been fixed.

- Clicking before a picture sets the picture in resize mode
instead of setting the insertion caret before the picture. This
has been fixed.

- Fixed the cosmetic bug where partial paragraphs on a previous
page was not drawn when the recomposition of the paragraph moved
text to the previous page.

- Fixed some problems with shift-select operations.

- Partial fix to an RTF parsing problem where negative wrap widths
were encountered and caused the FTC to hang. It now ignores
negative wrap widths.
