FTC beta 14 preview 26

Beta 14 preview 26 has been uploaded to the web site.

You guys asked for a TextChanged event, so it has been implemented
in this preview. If you notice it is not firing off when you think
it should or it is firing multiple times for a single event, let
me know.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Added a TextChanged event. This event will be triggered when the
content or style of the content has changed. Be careful what you
stick inside this event for it will directly affect the typing
speed of the control.

- Made the margin guides drawn a little wider to avoid drawing
over the document content.

- Fixed moving the insertion caret with the arrow keys.

- Enhanced the the creation of the default paragraph style by
adding an event in the FormattedText class called
"DefaultParagraphStyle" which will allow you to create the default
paragraph style.

- Fixed a problem with internally drag and dropping a picture.

- Restored the behaviors involved with clicking on selected
sections of text.
