FTC beta 14 preview 20

Beta 14 preview 20 has been uploaded to the web site.

I added a few nil object checks across the board, so keep up the
spaz testing! My goal is to make it bullet proof. In fact can
someone out there start the demo FTC application and then pull out
a 357 magnum and test to see if it is really bullet proof? ;-)

My plan is to now focus on regression testing all the undo cases.
Once that is complete and I feel that it is solid, then I will
release beta 14 to the general public. After that the FTC will go
into final candidate stage until all known bugs are fixed. So keep
pestering me with those bug reports.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Fixed a cosmetic error where lines were not being properly
updated when inserting text split across page boundaries. The fix
for this bug may fix a lot of cosmetic display bugs.

- Enhanced the reading in of the XML data to check for out of
range values for the alignment parameters.

- Added some nil object checking in methods that call the method
findParagraphByOffset.
