FTC beta 14 preview 17

Beta 14 preview 17 has been uploaded to the web site.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Added an undo cases for undoing formatting changes including
left alignment, center alignment, right alignment, line spacing,
paragraph background color, and paragraph margins.

- Updated the FTDocument.insertionPointToOffset method to be more
robust.

- Changed the usage of "justification" to "alignment" in the FTC.
Note that method names were changed and you may need to make
updates to your code.

- Changed paragraph styles to an ID representation within
paragraphs.
