FTC beta 14 preview 13

Beta 14 preview 13 has been uploaded to the web site.

In this preview I fixed a couple of bugs that people were asking
for, so go forth and be happy! I have been working on the
backspace and forward delete undo functionality and in this
preview I have a partial solution to fix the reported problems
with it.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- [partial solution] Updated the backspace and forward delete undo
code to handle pictures in resize mode.

- Fixed an initialization problem where background color was
initialized to black. The background color is now initialized to
white.

- Fixed a character conversion problem in the RTF parser that
wouldn't properly convert RTF escaped characters.

- Holding the shift key and using the mouse (without moving it) to
select text clears the selection immediately. This has been fixed.
