FTC 1.4 beta 5

FTC 1.4 beta 5 has been uploaded to the web site.

This beta finishes up this release other than some more regression
testing. Please let me know if there are any bugs you are
experiencing.

Here's what's new with this beta...

- Fixed a problem with deleting a selection of text and the
paragraphs weren't composed properly.

- Fixed a problem with dragging and dropping a picture where the
drop contained extraneous text.

- The method findXYOffset accidentally set the insertion point if
it was before the beginning or after the end of the text. It does
not do this any more.

- Fixed a problem with mark, underlined, or strikethrough not
being applied to a picture at the end of the paragraph.
