FTC 1.3 final candidate 1

FTC 1.3 final candidate 1 has been uploaded to the web site.

Regression testing is complete and here is the final candidate for
version 1.3. Let me know ASAP if you find a problem with this
release.

Here's what's new with this final candidate...

- Added some more refinement to the line trimming algorithm.

- Fixed a problem with normal view mode not having the correct
scroll length when scaled.

- Under windows fixed a problem with the control-delete key
combination not being invoked properly.

- Fixed a problem with paragraph background color not scaled to
the right width when the display is scaled.
