FTC 1.3 beta 6

FTC 1.3 beta 6 has been uploaded to the web site.

Here are some bug fixes.

Here's what's new with this beta...

- Fixed a problem with triple clicking on an empty paragraph and
the insertion caret keeps blinking.

- Fix a problem with composition of lines in certain situations
where it wasn't properly looking ahead for spaces.

- Fixed a problem with limiting resizing a picture below the
minimum values.
