FTC 1.3 beta 1

FTC 1.3 beta 1 has been uploaded to the web site.

Here are some bug fixes and enhancements. There is also a partial
PDF export implementation, but it doesn't put actual output on the
pages yet.

Here's what's new with this beta...

- Fixed a problem with hitting the home or end key when there is a
selection. It now deselects the selected text and then moves the
insertion caret.

- Fixed a problem where the encoding was not set properly for text
that was pasted coming from the the FTC.

- Increase the triple click time to make it more responsive.

- Enhanced the insertion caret height to reflect the current font
ascent in which it resides.
