[Suggestion] FTC 1.2 beta 4 - Scrolling Behavior

1. Start FTC
2. Insert "large plain text" from the populate menu
3. Press "down key" to see some pages scrolling. Please note that the scrolling 
behavior (at least here on Microsoft Windows) is not as smooth at it could be. 
Try the same scrolling back to the start position.

Suggestion:

- Currently I cannot recall if the scrolling speed is adjustable. For me it is 
a little bit to fast. It would be great to have an option to adjust the 
scrolling speed.

- The scrolling could also be a little more smooth without "jumps" since many 
users do a rough proof reading while scrolling.

FTC turns out to be better and better with each release...
