FTC 1.2 beta 2

FTC 1.2 beta 2 has been uploaded to the web site.

Here is a fix for an open event problem.

Here's what is new with this beta...

- Moved the call to the "open" event to the end of the call
sequence to insure everything is ready to go when the open event
is called in your instance or subclass.
