FTC 1.2 beta 13

FTC 1.2 beta 13 has been uploaded to the web site.

This completes the first round of regression tests on the Mac
platform. Next, regression testing under Windows.

Here's what's new with this beta...

- Fixed a problem with displaying the selection of tabs.

- Fixed a problem with the selection showing gaps appearing
between paragraphs at odd scales line 125%.

- Fixed a problem when switching display modes and a picture is
larger than the margins in the new mode. The picture will be
scaled to fit the new mode's margins.
