FTC 1.2 beta 1

FTC 1.2 beta 1 has been uploaded to the web site.

Here is a little clean up for a problem I ran into.

Here's what is new with this beta...

- Added initializers to the FTScrollbar class to set the line and
page steps to make sure they are set when added to a new project.
