FTC 1.1 beta 9

FTC 1.1 beta 9 has been uploaded to the web site.

Regression testing is now complete. This is the final beta release
of version 1.1 unless someone reports a bug to me. Now I am off to
enhance the documentation. If you have any requests for topics in
the user guide, send them to me.

Here's what is new with this beta...

- Changed the minimum length for pictures from 1 to 3 pixels when
resizing pictures. This makes it easier for the user to click on
the picture and grab a resize handle when it is sized to its
minimum height and width.

- Fixed a problem with parser occasionally splitting lines one
character to far and thus over drawing the margin guides.

- Fixed a problem with underlines and strikethroughs were not
being applied to pictures.

- Fixed problems with adding to the selection with the arrow keys.
