FTC 1.1 beta 3

FTC 1.1 beta 3 has been uploaded to the web site.

In this beta I focused on stabilizing the code concerning picture
and custom object handling since I made major changes in the
first beta to this code.

The other big fix is the AcceptFileDrop fix which has been driving
me nuts. It still doesn't make sense why an operator converter on
a FileType object would cause this problem, but it does.

Here's what is new with this beta...

- Fixed a problem with file types where the built-in
AcceptFileDrop method corrupts the internal RB framework data if
you pass in a direct reference. This problem is manifested by
allowing you to open a file the first time and the second time it
improperly filters files.

- Cleaned up several problems introduced from beta 1 as a result
of changing the implementation for the scale changed event.
