[Bug] FTC 1.1 b1: Picture Handle Issue with scaled text

Thank you for the 1.1 b1 update.

This might be an known issue:

1. Start FTC
2. Scale to 150%
3. Maximize the application window
4. Click on the landscape picture "Figure 2"
5. Try to use the right bottom handle to resize the picture
6. [bug]: It is not possible on Microsoft Windows to select the image. Instead 
it moves the window.
