Sorry for the late items. Couple of things I've noted:
1. Applying a style (like bold) to an individual character in a word,
then selecting the word and applying the same style causes the
character to flip. Using TextEdit, Pages and Word as the gold
standard of desired behavior, what should happen is that all the
characters in the selection get the same style. It appears that they
take the style applied to the first character of the selection and
make it uniform throughout the select.
2. Font sizing and editing: Select a word of text. Select a new
size. Now delete the entire word and start typing again. You'll
notice that the text size is the same as the preceding text. The
expected behavior is for the font size to be the new size unless I
move the cursor to another location. Again, this is standard behavior
in TextEdit, Pages and Word.
3. Is there an easy way to set the Paragraph After Space? Can I get
to this without having to set the other paragraph styles as well?
This seems like it should be a document settings for at least initial
behavior.
Thanks,
Bob Keeney
