 Thank you for the info on the default page numbers for Microsoft Windows and 
the hint for the bug report.

The described bug that prints only a part of page two of the sample document 
remains. I think it is a problem between the new page size settings and the 
paper setup dialog. The bug occurs also in a different shape where it changes 
also the paper size of the document in the "page view".

This is a bug either in RB or Windows. See RB feedback report 

"onslllid". There is nothing I can do about it.
