Great work guys...
Suggestions:
1. Change from freelist to the own domain. Manu: Setup a mail server and a
mailing list manager. It should be a good exersice for you.
2. Reduce font size of the banner "fsug-calicut"
3. Reduce number of menu in the front-page.
4. Create a logo for the UG.
