Thank you Junise and Sajjad for your resposes.

He was trained in Ubuntu & Orca at the Insight centre in Tvm some time
back. I'm sure he is still conversant in most of what he got from
here.

Dual core. He is not too sure about the memory. It should atleast be
512MB. He also said he will upgrade the RAM if it is necessary.

Just one for his personal use.

Regarding the Orca issues in Jaunty, you have to issue the following
command to get Orca work properly.

sudo apt-get purge pulseaudio

When you first try to run orca, you will be asked for certain
preferences like selecting the language etc. Select US/UK english from
the list. You will also be asked some y/n questions. Give yes to all,
except for the following two.

a) Enable braille? <n>
b) Enable braille monitor <n>

Also if you have any other doubts regarding configuring orca, please
contact me @ 9495297273. Try 04714011811 (Insight) if i am not
answering.

Thank you

James
