Great letter. What I hear you saying is that we need more specific goals.
I agree. I too have felt frustration at what I feel is a stagnation in the
process. frankly, I see a need to connect more with the STUDENTS.
Hopefully we can talk more about that at the Oct. meeting. I will
certainly think more about goals and motivations before then.
