Hello Friends. This email and attachment are from Sister Rachel Pinal, who
served in Nicaragua for many years with Sister Joan before Sister Liz went
there in 1990. This is just FYI, but it gives a good glimpse of what is
going on pricewise for the poor, and with schools, etc. We can discuss at
our next meeting if you wish. No word yet from Liquidnet grant application,
but we're hoping to hear something. PW

The result is this very late newsletter, that you must understand is also
Thanksgiving, Halloween, All Saints Day, Feast of the Presentation, and now
Advent and soon Christmas greetings.
receive a Christmas card that has the manger scene or other religious
picture on it. Also, anyone who comes selling whatever at the window will
receive one as of the week before Christmas. Thanks to my Sisters at the
Motherhouse who save their beautiful cards so that we missionaries can pick
them up in June, we get a wonderful assortment and we are saving quite a few
trees.
