[fsf60k] Event

Hi all,

I just wanted to let everyone know that we can most likely begin decorating
the Thatched Cottage on Thursday sometime between 1-2pm. ToniAnne wants
me to call her Thursday morning just to double-check that, but they are
hoping to have our room ready for us as early as tomorrow sometime, so I
don't expect
the above time on Thursdays to be a problem. If ANYONE can help decorate (I
know Carol won't be available until after work) and Kathleen's schedule is
up
in the air until Thursday, I would really appreciate the help!

Some of the students did collect some more items (I don't really know how
much, though) and I will be picking them up tonight and tomorrow night from
Emily Roger's (student).
I will also go back out tonight to try to get some more items and will be
trying to package them up somehow for the auction. Dick, I know I need to
get you a complete donor list.
I am hoping to get one tonight to you.

Mr. White, were you able to use your good words to pull some more
supermarkets reps to the event? Also, can I pick up the brochures and
picture boards from you sometime tonight or tomorrow?
