I produce HipHop too I make the beats with FL en mix it withe the accapella
with Cooledit Pro

I did an entry for the Computer Music mag remix competition a few months
back and found that the beat slicer plugin for fruityloops was great for
keeping everything in time, just slice up your loops as you would anyway,
but you can also use it for the vocals too!

Basically, you put a slice marker on each word (or syllable if you need
finer control) and then adjust things in the piano roll until it all sounds
right.
