Even that is quite bearable for real-time playing - I find anything above
about 25ms is where I start to "feel" the lag.
Curiously, if I drop the sample rate the latency increases but I expect
that's because the card is converting the frequency in realtime - eg at
48khz in reason the latency is 10ms, not 5. In FL it's 5.3ms, not 2. And
so on.
