Not to do the whole smash. You could probably make a very basic player
and editor, say to play/edit zipped loop files where the only sound
source is samples. Of course, it would only be possible to support a
small subset of fruity's features, due to the limited CPU power and RAM
available.
I don't fancy the chances of persuading gol to do it though! That said,
the flp file format is freely available, so anyone could give it a shot
if they felt like it.
