Invigoratingly (adverb), Invigoration (noun), and Invigorator (noun). Meaning
to give vitality. Animate. Refresh.
Time/Joker: Adam Vesely. Guy gets ready for prom. Guy goes to get tuxedo.
There's a long line and he patiently waits. Guy gets flowers. There's a long
line and he patiently waits. Guy rents limo. There's a long line and he
patiently waits. Prom arrives. Date is thirsty. Guy gets punch. "That's it,
there's NO PUNCH line. (too funny Adam).

Robin was our Toastmaster: Theme for the evening was Spring Fever. Robin
planted seeds of information. He planted vegetables in small containers with
soil at the same time running the meeting as toastmaster. That is the true
meaning of multitasking. Personally I think he needed to plant these seeds
earlier in the day and he got busy. Throw in the theme Spring Fever. Talk
about golf and no one would notice him planting his personal garden while he
introduced speakers. Robin did an excellent job as toastmasters. He was
entertaining and engaging. Who wants to try a golf clap? I don't golf, but he
makes me want to go buy a golf glove just to do a golf clap.
Speaker 1. JENNIFER DUNNE.
I should have seen the signs. Plate of insects - gnats. Restaurant - one
month waiting period for restaurant. Details with candle light, chocolate
cake, ring. They were separated all summer. "LOOK AT ME". and he didn't
come. Proposal.
Great speech from Jennifer. So great she won the ribbon for best speaker of
the evening. Jennifer continues to "SHINE ON".
Speaker 2. LUIS ESTRADA.
Customer service. 5 reasons customer service is so important. 1. Builds
trust. Customer service matters more than price. 3. Builds brand awareness.
4. Reduces problems and 5. Appeals to new customers. One of my favorite
quotes in the speech by John Maxwell. People don't care how much you know until
they know how much you care. Very nice speech Luis.
Speaker 3. RAY PEZOLT
Traditional business versus E commerce business. Ray was in traditional
business for 43 years. Retired 2 years ago. Started an E commerce business
few months ago for under $100.00. Undersea Wonders Jewelry. Great use of
projector. Question and Answer period followed the speech. Great questions.
Great speech. Good job Ray.
Table Topics by MARIETA FERRINGTON. Excellent questions on vacations and
destinations.
And the winner for table topics was JONATHAN KOLBER. Congratulations Jonathan.
Evaluations:
Evaluator 1: RUSS AGNEW evaluated Jennifer Dunne. Talked about how
descriptive and detailed her speech was. The gnats on the window. The food on
the table at the restaurant. Very nice evaluation.
Evaluator 2: RICHA ACHARYA evaluated Luis Estrada. Talked about how we can
all benefit from understanding customer service. Richa listed many good points
for Luis. Nice job as always Richa.
Evaluator 3: ALAN WONG. I really did have an evalution all ready in my head
before Ray spoke. How great he was and how wonderful the speech is. Ray is
easy to evaluate because he's such a good speaker. I feel my flaw was in
evaluating his topic (which was excellent) and not his delivery. (which was
excellent too except I didn't bring it up). Anyhoo, I won the ribbon for best
Evlauator. Sorry Russ. Sorry Richa.
General Evaluator: LUKE VESELY
Great feedback to all the evaluators. Luke is always entertaining and is
always there to influence us to grow and improve.
Russ: Follow Manuel feedback. No constructive feedback was given. Nice focus
on basics.
Richa: Listed good points. Drop the distractions. Be more confident. Good
Balance.
Alan: No need to mention Ray is a good speaker. We all know.

Toastmasters is two hours of awesomeness. It was another two hours that went
by way too fast. Robin was a wonderful toastmasters. I always enjoy it when
he hosts the meeting because it's always fun and he seems to enjoy himself.
And if he's having fun up there, it's hard NOT to have fun with him. Marietta
did a wonderful job with table topics. She definitely has a presence about her
when she's up on stage. The meeting started on time (surprise) and ended on
time (surprise again). We had 16 people at the meeting with one special guest.
The guest being Robin's wife - Olga.
