[frgeek-michiana] aolserver not on indy yet

Jay and I chose the least server software we could when we installed
debian. Perhaps we went overboard on the low cal approach. 

The debian ftp site only has i386 aolserver debs; indy need mips. Looks
like debs for indy may be a problem depending on the package. So I
downloaded aolserver 3.5.6 source. 

Configure failed because it couldn't find some gcc libs. I'll delete the
configure.cache and do it over again later. This time I'll send the
configure output to a log for folks to examine. I'm clueless at the moment.
