I too am worried that the templates we chose for the poll might have hidden
Adobe dependencies. So I plan to email Joomla Shack and ask which templates
DO NOT require Adobe products to modify. Or, if all the templates have those
dependencies, is there a way to modify the graphics without purchasing
proprietary software.
If push comes to shove, I have Photoshop Elements on my video editing box at
home; it came in a bundle with Premiere Elements. I'll ask Joomla Shack if
Photoshop Elements can handle the PSD files.

They are all pretty good and would map well to our old website and the
Mothership Freegeek site if needed. I'm a little concerned about the
requirement of Adobe Fireworks to modify images and colors in the Joomla
Shack templates.
I would rank them as follows:
relevant
earthblog
element
