Alright, I'll finally chime in on this, lol. 

I do like all three, but Element in my opinion just has way way too much white 
going on. I can see where Relevant is too dark, but I do like the colors of it. 
The same goes for Element on the colors thought. Earthblog has a bit of too 
much white going on as well. If we use Earthblog, I'd recommend not using the 
one that has the tan and green color scheme. It looks a little nauseating on 
the eyes. Relevant would work okay with the green scheme. I say Element looks 
best as the Developer Pack Bonus. 
I rank/vote them in this order:
1-Relevant
2-Earthblog
3-Element

They are all pretty good and would map well to our old website and the 
Mothership Freegeek site if needed. I'm a little concerned about the 
requirement of Adobe Fireworks to modify images and colors in the Joomla Shack 
templates.
