[frgeek-michiana] Re: Vec soho/sgi box

I have been trying to install SOHO, for the past couple days, I keep leaving
the install process then coming back to after several hours and it has gotten
stuck twice. I am on my 3rd try now, but after it checked the hard drive for
errors I left it overnight before hitting enter so that it would go ahead
with the format, let you know how it goes.

I'll bring some copies with next time I visit South Bend.

Jay - When are you going to try installing? I wouldn't be available till next
Tues or Wed.

Another option we have: these two Mac 6360 powerpc's I have, I think they both
have 64megs of ram, so we could get one box with 128. Believe debian runs on
it. They are a little smaller than the sgi boxes. They have one pci slot.
Probably another time consuming project.
