Yup the same model! I'm running on 13.8 volt regulated Power supply at the house using a car adapter.

The power supply is:
  Toshiba AC adaptor Model PA2450U
  Output: 15V ~ 3A

The battery in this one doesn't hold a charge. The screen is ok but not great.

I finally got the logistics problems out of my way and got the VL 3.2 .iso image burned here at the office, as of 2:35pm it's installing running only on battery. I'll let you know what the battery life is. This one charged last night without incident.

btw, I think I have a buyer for one of these Toshiba laptops.
