Possible changes to howto.
 
If I remember correctly, Mike booted knoppix from CD so he would have USB 
support for the CF reader/writer. We then copied the image we copied from the 
Floppy to the CF.
 
dd if=/dev/fd0 of=/dev/sda
 
The size of the CF should not matter unless you want to install linux on it. 
What matters is the Ram that is installed. You could use a 2MB CF as long as it 
is supported by the netvista.
