I'll try the mozilla trick myself. I've had few lockups identifying as
Opera. Some MS-centric web sites running javascript don't work as
advertised unless I switch to IE or Mozilla. I get the most lockups with
Firefox (a.k.a., Phoenix and Firebird).
Jay is churning out the packets 24-7 with the help of a server he is
shakedown testing, a big honking Micron server farm ready, heavy duty rack
mount pizza box that is as noisy, if not noiser, than the HP Turbine. All
it does (for now) is saturate its multiple cpus with RC5 packets in an
attempt to make the system hiccup. Apparently it hasn't stumbled. The next
round of tests is IO benchmarks. You know, ride the drives hard and put
them away wet.

All fine and wonderful, just a shame that it's locking up on more and
more websites! Where it locks up, Mozilla works just fine!
Go figure....
Hay Jay,
How are you turning close to 800 RC5 packets a day!??? I've got 4
Pentium 4 2.5 gig machinhes running at work, my Dual P2-450 and a K6-400
here at the house crunching and I'm only turning 400 something.....
