http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-53579 I
wasn't able to find a price or any other info other than the publication

Looks like a good site, I only wish my German was as good as your English.

Threaded hole, but screw hole is fine too.

The brackets from IBM block one of the PCI slots and mount on the 2 screw
holes you noted in the picture. You may be able to get a thin NIC under it
though. I hear that the brackets are also very hard to find. I think you
should be able to mount a thin 2.5" drive off the front panel between the
power supply fan and the CPU and clearing the CF slot. The units we have
did not have a cpu fan so I was concerned about airflow.
I'm glad you have written to the list, it gives me a chance to look a little
more at the 2800s and you have provided me with some information I didn't
have before. Check out our website if you get a chance.
http://www.freegeekmichiana.org It discribes a bit of what we do.
Have a good day,
Mike
