Called IBM national corporate support line. Spoke to several people. They
cannot help because FGM doesn't have a service contract with IBM. Go figure.

National did give me phone numbers for IBM support locally, Connecting Point
and Notre Dame. Called Connecting Point and left msg. with support voice mail.
Talked to ND Office of Information Technology (OIT) help desk. Help said I
should talk to Derrick Owens, senior network admin, who handles Linux for the
university. Help also gave me OIT service department contacts. Left voice
msgs.
