# Demanufacture Boxes
Adam Rudin is going to help me haul a dozen 386/486 computers from my
garage to the lab. If the hard drives are useful for Adam, we'll set them
aside. If not, they go to The Barn.
# Add CDROM drives to FreeBoxes
I have a dozen CDROM drives purchased from PC Surplus Online. I'll bring
six to install in the FreeBoxes we set up last week. Of course these
FreeBoxes will not be free of cost to recipients. Recipients will have to
reimburse me for the CDROM drive expense.
# Help Alma Pinon install a printer
Alma is a graduate of the last FB class. She bought a printer and cannot
install it. She doesn't want to load Windows unless absolutely necessary. I
asked her to bring her FreeBox and printer to the lab at 7:00 PM.
Here is a picture of Alma.

# Sort modems on hand and give one to each deman volunteer
I think we should sort through the boxes upstairs, get all the modems in
one place and separate the controller-less modems from the hardware
controlled modems. Of the hardware modems I want the deman volunteers to
pick ones out for us to show them how to install in their FreeBoxes.
If we wait any longer to provide recipients with modems, they will load
Windows. A relative of Judy Bradley called me last week seeking help
loading Windows. I refused. I don't want to lose Judy as a volunteer, nor
do I want her to jump to Windows.
# Set aside old hard drives for Adam to send to Bolivia
I'm not sure what size drives the school needs. They are running W98 and MS
Office 9x. I will ask Adam to look up the hard disk requirements. He may
need someone to show him how to determine or look up drive capacities.
# Run components to The Barn
Whatever we demanufacture needs to be hauled to The Barn so we keep
clearing space upstairs.
