Called Cohen. She was out of office. Left msg. She is ex. dir. of the Indiana
Recycling Coalition, whatever that is. Called IDEM and spoke to Patty in
Compliance & Technical Assistance. She hadn't heard about the meetings but
thought Greg Overton might. Overton handles electronics issues.

Unfortunately Overton was already gone at 4:00 pm. I'll try him again Thu.
