Ok, here's the deal...

Security erased drive  (No partitions) + Ghost & VL 4.3 = No problem

You *DO* have to do the following though:

1. Ghost the drive
2. reboot with Tom's Boot-Root Floppy Disk
3. mount /dev/hda1 on /mnt
4. chroot to /mnt
5. Run lilo to write the MBR (/sbin/lilo)
6. reboot - works
