I entered Mike's text edits today. I don't have time to work on Mike's
mpegs until next week. Neither does Mike. If you have time to grab the
files and modify them, please finish the task. Otherwise I'll get to it
next week.

Tasks:
. lower colors to 256
. resize to 640x480 (or less)
. add circles (or arrows) and labels to identify relevant parts .
compress
