The FGM web site is up! Try it and let me know if there are problems.

:: Things to resolve
1. I started aolserver from the command line. If the machine reboots,
apache may run instead of aolserver. Need to remove (rename)
/etc/init.d/apache startup script so aolserver is the only web server running.
2. Don't yet know how to host virtual web sites with aolserver.
3. Need to recompile Tcl so threads are enabled.
:: Quirks of aolserver configuration: /etc/aolserver/fgm.tcl
1. Sets listening port (80) in two places: global section, sockets section.
If you miss one, aolserver doesn't respond to browser requests. The gotcha
is not documented.
2. Requires a startpage <startpage.inc> which is used to initialize or wrap
the first browser call to a web site -- sort of a pre-index page. An
aolserver api call in startpage "includes" the actual index page. Poorly
documented.
